Whitestone Ancestry LLC operates whitestoneancestry.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
Contact form. If you send us a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to you.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see, receive, or store your full card number or payment details. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the data you submit during checkout.
Server logs. Like most websites, our web server automatically records standard access-log information (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps). We use this only for security and troubleshooting.
Analytics
We do not currently use any analytics service. If we add one in the future, this policy will be updated.
Cookies
We do not set cookies on our own. Stripe may set cookies during checkout for fraud prevention; those are governed by Stripe's policy.
How we use information
- To respond to your support or contact messages.
- To fulfill your purchase and deliver the workbook download.
- To maintain security and diagnose technical issues.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
